I send you a private link to your actual site — not mockups. You tell me what to change, in plain English. Revisions are included, not billed.
Day 3 — Live
Your site is on the internet
Final tweaks, then it goes live on your domain. I hand over everything and show you how it all works.

You review a working preview of your site on day two. If it's not right and you don't want to continue — walk away, no cost and no hard feelings. I only get paid for sites people actually want.

Why is this so much cheaper and faster than an agency?
No office, no account managers, no meetings-about-meetings. It's one experienced builder using modern AI-assisted tools that do in hours what used to take weeks. You get the same site — you just don't pay for the overhead.
What do you need from me?
About 15 minutes: what your business does, your services and prices if you want them shown, your hours and contact info, and any photos or a logo. That's genuinely it — I write the words and handle everything technical.
I don't have a logo or photos.
Most of my clients don't. I'll set clean type for your business name and use quality stock imagery that fits your trade. You can swap in real photos later — the Care Plan covers that, or I'll show you how.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and every file is yours. If you leave, everything goes with you — I'll even help you move it. No hostage hosting.
I already have a domain / an old website.
Perfect — we point your existing domain at the new site on day three, and the old one disappears. If you don't have a domain, I'll help you register one (about $12/year, paid to the registrar, not to me).
What about online ordering, booking, or anything fancier?
That's the Custom Tools tier — booking systems, quote calculators, dashboards for your crew. Tell me what you're trying to do and you'll get a flat quote before any work starts. The site is designed so these can be added later without rebuilding.
What happens after it's live?
Your site keeps working — nothing expires. Hosting is included free for the first month so there's no rush. After that it's the optional Care Plan (hosting, backups, and monthly edits) or I'll happily set it up on any host you choose.
